1.Handle customer sales order and message. Major customer is Sony Ericsson and Rim. Reply all questions from Customer. Especially during ramp up stage, should follow all issues with PM to ensure everything is on schedule.2.Analyze forecast from customer and foresee any issue will be happen in the future and try to solve them in advance. Try best to get more PO from customer and attain sales goal for every quarter.3.Control stock internally during different period of the project. Try to keep the inventory more reasonable. 4.Deal with any complaint from customer. Forward info to the correct window. Coordinate with related department and try to close them as soon as possible and satisfy customer at very soon.

1.Working and implement of project procurement strategies and plans.2.Planning and management all delivery schedule and any requirement from customer before ramp-up stage.3.Cooperate with customer for any issues during proto phase, such as negotiation for quotation and project development. And transfer the project to mass production smoothly. 4.Team leader for new product introduction from manufacture side. Lead the team to meet quality and productivity goals. Publish Program status, issue list, and build reports going through proto to ramp up stages.5.Lead the weekly/daily meeting and conference call with R&D.6.Co-work internally in company and do arrangement for proto production, such as material preparation, shipping plan to sales, summarize problems during production and feedback to customer promptly and try to solve them before next build.
