Who am I and what do I do? I like to help people to reflect on possible different paths. As an cultural anthropologist and change facilitator I work with organisations to become more reflective and effective. My focus areas are organisational development and HR. This can be done in various roles, such as reseacher, projectmanager, change manager or interim manager. My expertise lies in organisational culture - such as issues around teamwork, diversity, collaboration, leadership, wellbeing - and structure - for example, restructuring, setting up or improvement of performance management, facilitation towards more self steering & professional autonomy, decentralisation. - reseacher on organisational and societal dynamics- facilitator of improving performance, team work and guiding organisational transitions - programme and project manager on organisational and HR challenges - manager HR or general for teams that need support or a transition My talents are being creative, communicative, analytical, practical, thorough and using the flow in organisations to progress towards more impact and sustainability. My experiences lie in Africa, Middle East and Asia as well as The Netherlands. I combine sociology, anthropology and change management with practical solutions. In all my assignments people are at the centre and are supported to do it themselves.
