As part of Grozeo UK’s strategic growth, I have taken on the role of Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) to lead and drive both the marketing and sales departments, along with their subdepartments. In this capacity, I am responsible for integrating marketing and sales strategies, optimizing revenue initiatives, and aligning cross-functional efforts to support scalability and sustainable growth. As one of the Directors, my objective is to steer Grozeo’s trajectory effectively, establishing a solid foundation for future expansion. Once our growth goals are achieved, I will transition this role to a successor to ensure continuity.

Led the company’s UK expansion, driving strategic marketing initiatives that successfully doubled the company’s valuation for UK operations under Reta Globe UK Ltd from £10M to £25M.- Organised Grozeo UK launching event at the House of Lords - Parliament - Spearheaded comprehensive marketing, branding, PR, and partnership strategies to enhance brand trust and recognition, market presence, and market share. - Secured key UK government support and partnerships, including collaborations with the Mayor of London's supported programs - All In London Partners and Grow London Local. - Secured deal with Uber Direct as Grozeos delivery partner for UK. - Expanded and managed the marketing team from 3 to 15 professionals, significantly improving operational efficiency and campaign effectiveness.- Conducted operational tests and case studies to refine marketing strategies, ensuring alignment with business objectives.- Secured seed investors, working closely with consulting partners to facilitate seamless market entry and sustained growth.This role laid the foundation for my transition to COO, where I continue to drive growth and operational excellence.
