1. Perform final quality audits to assure that products meet VF requirements on different styles and constructions.2. Coordinate and perform shadow audits, calibrations and process audits to evaluate Certified Factory Auditors on auditing methods and techniques for quality assurance.3. Visit Certified Plants to evaluate fabric performance, color and internal quality inspections.4. Prepare and fill reports of key performance indicators, defect statistics and quality control reports. 5. Give training to certified auditors and Inspectors on quality methods, procedures, measurements and new standards for quality protocols.6. Request and analyze action plans proposed per each plant as part of problem solutions for specific trending defects.7. Follow up on Customer Complaints based on quality by monitoring internal and external sewing plants indicators.

1. Receive, classify and distribute the claims that Distribution Centers or final customers send to our sewing plants.2. Prepare and fill reports of Apparel Claims, Global DC KPI’s Results, Pre-shipment Audits, GLB Audits Report and Sourcing KPI’s Audits,  to give the company a global perspective of the audits done internally and externally through the VOC Process. 3. Analyze and distribute action plans proposed per each plant to send to Customers as a feedback to their claims.4. Follow up the Action plans implementation in manufacturing, revising time of implementation and effectiveness of the corrective actions.5. Perform quality audits in all sewing plants to measure the effectiveness of Action Plans.6. Keep track of the indicators for the Gildan Quality Awards, which reward the performance of the manufacturing plants for their results in the VOC.

1. Create, update and distribute packaging specifications and accessories.2. Prepare packages and shipping documents for samples and ensure the shipping. 3. Submit requests for developments and samples for sewing and packaging accessories and follow up with suppliers.4. Provide assistance to sewing plants through label application tests and other tests needed for new accessories.5. Attend new style presentations given to each sewing plant to aid with explanation of accessories details and packaging specifications.6. Provide general assistance to any area related with development of accessories and packaging specifications.

Control and approval of parts purchase orders for equipment in repair.4. Management and evaluation of the sales force team by evaluating their sales funnel.5. Perform equipment demonstrations for potential customers.6. Submit new and used equipment orders to Caterpillar distribution center.7. Purchase and management of warranties in certified used equipment.
