She currently sits on the board of the Vinyl District, Hollywood Central Park and on the Legislative Advisory Board for Assembly Member Rick Zbur.As founder of PodShare, Elvina has spent the last decade building low barrier to entry housing across expensive neighborhoods which has been utilized by organizations such as HousingWorks, HOPICS (Homeless Outreach Program Integrated Care System) Safe Place for Youth and Hollywood Food Coalition, which Elvina helped lease the Food Exchange location for that has saved over 7 million pounds of food.During COVID the County Department of Children and Family Services (DCSF) teamed up with SPY to house 24 foster youth that have aged out of the system via PodShare Melrose - that program ran for 1.5 years while the coffee shop was in permitting.Elvina's prior career was in production, working for Randi Zuckerberg and female music talent such as Avril Lavigne and Miley Cyrus to shoot and edit their behind-the-scenes and social media videos.
