I am a positive person who has an enthusiastic outlook on life.I am hardworking and set reasonable goals for myself. Once those goals are in place, I can then back out of them and create smaller goals to accomplish so I can continuously evaluate my performance. I get a great sense of achievement from seeing students develop and grow as individuals.If I can have a positive impact on their future,I feel like am doing my job well.
