Conducted successful interviews with volunteers supporting the Workforce team. Additionally, I assisted the Casting Department with artist management, contacting performers and providing them with relevant information. Maintained an accurate and up-to-date database. Finally, managed and coordinated the Launch Ceremony of 'Journey from the Caspian' — the VVIP Event held at the Stone Chronicle Museum in Baku.

A total of 626 individuals, including volunteers, Azerbaijani artists, traditional bands, and international performers, were carefully selected for their artistic skills to participate in the ceremony's highlight.► Accomplishments:Offered comprehensive support, adeptly handling multiple and conflicting pressures to ensure seamless event management. Additionally, I played a key role in translation services and provided administrative support, showcasing strong organizational and interpersonal skills, along with a talent for cultivating effective professional relationships.
