Old Mutual Wealth provides advice-driven investment solutions to investors and it is part of global dynamic company, Old Mutual Group, which has almost £300bn assets under management. I was operating within the Investment Services team which was responsible of managing more than 2500 investment funds, providing extensive technical support and validating fund prices, confirming unit-linked prices, analysing and remediating price errors. Responsibilities include:• Resolve any various queries regarding NAV through collaboration with both, internal and external (Fund Groups and TPA) stakeholders,• Being part of the a project team and acting as ambassador and defending the interest of the company when communicating with External Fund Managers while being first point of contact for Fund Managers with regards any pricing queries• Identified several process improvements and efficiency opportunities that saved a company and our clients from additional costs and achieved reduction in FCA regulatory breaches (CASS).

Working alongside with SCC (share class conversion) Team, to provide support to the Fund Relationship Team. Accountable for the complete end to end process of share class conversion.Responsibilities include:• Fund Launches – Identify gaps in the fund range and assist with fund launches where applicable.• Fund charges – review and ensure all data is reflective as at current time.• Attended conference calls with fund groups aiming to negotiate, schedule and manage overall efficiency of the project• Improved my quantitative and analytical skills while working with big data• Gained a good understanding across traditional as well as alternative investment classes.

I was working with Digital Proposition team and providing them with competitor landscape analysis. Also I was benchmarking my findings against our proposition and then presenting them in front of the team. Developed digital research database / hub for use by the digital proposition and marketing teams (covering financials, proposition and strategy, positioning, marketing plans and target customers). Provided team with core research learnings from key competitors in the Digital customer space. Responsibilities also included meeting with key stakeholders across the business in order to create facilitate them with required information. Identified gaps and made recommendations on how to strengthen our digital proposition
