Property Systems Manager
Current- Provide direct support for the General Manager and the rest of Executive leadership team.
- Provide Level 1 and Level 2 support for on-property associates as well as remote associates.
- Collaborate with Accenture help desk to resolve escalation tickets via ServiceNow platform.
- Collaborate with Allbridge LSP to resolve and configure network related issues, devices, and projects.
- Collaborate with onsite Engineering & Security teams to maintain building automation systems, guest room internet, security camera and other system installations.
- Collaborate with Uniguest to deploy and maintain Janus digital signage reader boards through-out hotel.
