Hello! As a Food Designer I merged my passion and my knowledge on food with my design background. Work in this area means explore the meaning of food and its connections with people and cultures. I started my experience in restaurants, working as waitress and becoming a Restaurant Manager. After the bachelor degree in Industrial Design I moved in Milan to study Food Design, learning how to design and communicate about food products, food events, restaurants and food companies.During the Internship with the food designer Chiara Ricci I dealt with different tasks: developing communication strategies for restaurants and food companies, designing food related products as well as practicing with food styling. In Food Genius Academy I worked in Communication and Events departments. As junior social media manager I had the chance to assist and share on social media a lot of greatest chefs' cooking classes.Working in Event department I helped the team to organize cooking team building and private dinners. I learned how to realize the perfect tailor made event, understanding how combine clients' expectation according to their budget and needs. I challenged my self on all these different areas with the same enthusiasm because what make me satisfied is work with FOOD, in all its declinations!
