•Responding to all incoming telephone calls, directing them to the appropriate individual, and personally responding to inquiries •Preparing quotations, invoices and receipts, following up payments and posting receipts and invoices to the relevant ledger•Handling incoming mail, email and faxes, and frequently preparing responses•Conducting research to source relevant information to respond to inquiries, including carrying out exhaustive internet searches•Maximizing strong IT skills to prepare spreadsheets, manage databases, word process documents and send emails•Preparing summary reports for weekly and monthly collections, and also for weekly and monthly unpaid clients•Maintaining an accurate and up-to-date filing system•Effectively using IT applications including Microsoft Office,barcoding systems and accounting systems
