About Elvira Barriga

Elvira is the co-founder of Tales of Tomorrow, the Design Studio for Conscious Creativity and a certified Transformation Coach and Leadership Trainer.She brings over 20 years of experience as a Designer and Creative Director, helping organizations to shape, shift, and sharpen their brands from the inside out and innovate their products and experiences. She develops future-relevant strategies, identities, visual stories and holistic brand experiences that dare to defy normed expectations and leave lasting impressions. Before moving back to Europe, she led international museum projects for Local Projects, a New York-based media design firm. She spearheaded unconventional exhibition experiences across the globe, interweaving design, architecture, storytelling and creative technology in unexpected and original ways. At the age of 25, the Spanish-Austrian blend became a partner at the internationally acclaimed graphic design studio Blotto Design in Berlin. Later she worked as a freelance Art Director for Meiré und Meiré in Berlin and as a Creative Director for the Brands and Environments team at Bruce Mau Design in Toronto and Imprint Projects in NYC. Elvira loves to work with aspirational thinkers and progressive makers on projects for the greater good, especially in art, education, social impact, and sustainability. She is most passionate about shaping unexpected creative processes, questioning the norm, and pushing for powerful concepts that enrich our environments with meaning, beauty and surprise.
