I never imagined myself working in design; the truth is that I studied programming with the intention of working in videogames. But somewhere along the way html, css and vector drawing found me more than ten years ago. I always liked drawing. It is something that I have not studied but that is part of my self-taught training and with which I have managed to explore the trends that, year after year, are shaping the graphic and web design. I'm not afraid of challenges and I consider myself very curious to learn things that, a priori, would not be related to my work. In part, I think it is this curiosity, driven by literature, that has prepared me to face unforeseen projects and variable deadlines. As for the performance of my tasks, right now it comprises quite a wide range. Suddenly I find myself immersed in pantones and logos, as I can be prototyping a mobile application. Beyond the aesthetic aspect, I treat web design as a tool to bring new technologies to everyone... without exception. This is where the second part of my work comes into play, which is none other than to achieve, through usability and accessibility, that anyone can access a particular content. I could list the tools that help me in this task, but, honestly, I find it very boring to list them here. Obviously I handle myself with the Adobe package for the different designs and creation of multimedia elements; not doing so would be like operating without a scalpel. But I also manage well with Notepad when composing a style sheet, or with Open Source programs such as the Libreoffice package. Necessity sharpens the wit, if I do know. I recently completed the Google UX Design Certificate - a rigorous and practical program that covers the design process from start to finish.
