- Performed a SWOT analysis and restructured the Clinic’s Healthy Lifestyle program to increase patient retention, accountability, and success.- Achieved target values for patients’ blood profiles, increased patient retention by 15% and enhanced the patient/provider relationship.- Designed CLIA waved laboratory expansion to meet HIPPA, OSHA regulations. - Conducted statistical analysis and a 5-year ROI analysis to determine medical instruments needed to meet Clinic’s laboratory test demands.- Collaborated with CEO, Medical Director, and Director of Nursing to determine budget, selection of new equipment, and volunteer scope of practice thus, doubling the capability to perform lab tests saving $20,000 annually. - Restructured and streamlined the Clinic’s recruitment efforts for the Healthy Lifestyles program.- Collaborated with Patient Care Coordinator and Director of Nursing to develop a patient monitoring program resulting in a 10% increase in patient participation and a 20% increase in patient compliance.- Performed a MOST Analysis, developed a marketing campaign through multiple university’s pre-med student department to increase applicants, awareness and a more comprehensive experience. This resulted in an increase of qualified applicants, additional rotations, and an appointed admissions committee.- Performed SWOT analysis, restructured and streamlined Clinic’s Dental Program to increase patient compliance, treatment flow, and volunteer retention.- Decrease in time-to-treat from a 4-week period to 2 weeks, strengthened the volunteer workforce by creating an inclusive culture and recruited 3 additional Dental Hygienists to the team.
