Processing over US$70 Billion worth of transactions per year, Windcave is one of the largest integrated POS terminal and e-commerce switching providers in Asia Pacific. - Integrate new banks in the Account2Account payment application.- Daily maintenance of the Account2Account payment application.- Integrate Interactive Voice Response (IVR) payment solution for third-party merchants.- Create custom reports using SQL with internal reporting system. - Work closely with Application Support for production deployments. - Manage and provide support for frontend and backend applications including API integration to Windcaveplatforms.- Coordinate with internal team members to provide technical support, maintenance and resolution ofissues- Update, track and resolve technical issues.- Suggest architecture improvements, and recommend process improvements.
