My job descriptions are:• Assist implementation of business development, marketing and promotion plans in line with set target sales• Assist in organizing promotional campaigns and projects with the company’s clinic clients.• Carry out customer relationship activities and establish good customer rapport with all clients.• Establishes good customer rapport with all the company clinic clients and walk-in customers and the community as a whole and create healthcare awareness to support business growth• Assist country manager in overseeing the daily operations of the branch and outlets.• Ensure that the main laboratory operation runs smoothly and efficiently• Ensure that the branch and outlets are adequately equipped and well maintained. • Oversee the general maintenance of laboratory in terms of cleanliness, safety and security.• Assist in supervision of staff and promotes teamwork. Deals with any staff issues which may arise from time to time ie. grievances, disciplinary matters and others,• Assist in training new staff on work flow and procedure• Attends any customer complaints or queries as necessary• Assist in the administrative matters as and when required and ensure all documents are systematically filed• Liaise with HQ on policy matters• Any other matters which may arise from time to time
