As the Assistant Head Coach of Product Life Cycle outside of the daily responsibilities of running the store, I was also assisting the store with controlling the product that entered the building. The would entail me ensuring key product arrived on expected dates. Also working with brand partners to create an exit for product that was either selling slowly, or not at all.

As the Assistant Store Manager at Nike UES, I create an energetic, inspirational environment for my employees, and customers. Consistently ensure to provide the tools to meet everyones expectations. Also leading with high level customer service, while building the business.

In my role as a Department Manager my duties involved (hiring, scheduling, product training, visual , ,development of employees, and managing million dollar departments). Also in 2007 I was one of four managers that led the execution of the global running floor at Nike Town New York, which result in generating $16 million dollars, and also winning a MAXIM award for its success.
