Duties and Responsibilities:• Student Counseling: Provide personalized guidance and support to students seeking educational opportunities abroad. Assist students in identifying suitable academic programs and institutions based on their interests, qualifications, and career goals.• Application Assistance: Guide students through the entire application process, from initial inquiry to enrollment. Assist in preparing and submitting required documents, such as academic transcripts, letters of recommendation, and personal statements, ensuring completeness and accuracy.• Document Preparation: Review and organize student documents and information for application submission, ensuring compliance with university and visa requirements. Coordinate with academic institutions and agencies to facilitate the timely processing of applications.• Visa Support: Advise students on visa requirements and procedures for studying abroad. Assist in preparing visa applications and supporting documentation, providing guidance on interview preparation and visa interview tips.• IELTS Exam Booking: Coordinate the booking of IELTS (International English Language Testing System) exams for students applying to English-speaking universities. Provide information on exam dates, registration procedures, and test preparation resources.• Communication: Maintain regular communication with students, providing updates on application status, visa processing, and other relevant matters. Address student inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive experience throughout the application process.• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, educational institutions, and other stakeholders. Foster trust and confidence through personalized support and exceptional service delivery.
