-Elaborated a business plan for intelligent Energy and Power Management offerings for (smart/green/sustainable) buildings and took responsibility for its implementation towards a new business venture-Defined required portfolio and drove its development. Digital offerings based on IoT, data analytics and Cloud solutions.-Lead cross-divisional working group to optimize offerings with the result of reduced operational cost and increased business volume for Siemens-Coached internal stakeholders and carried out seminars to increase know-how and awareness within the division
