Food Service Manager
Current-Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food.-Establish work schedule.-Estimate and order ingredients and supplies.-Ensure food service and quality control.-Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage.-Prepare and submit reports.-Establish methods to meet work schedules.-Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures.-Supervise, motivate and train team members on an assigned shift & provide input to Restaurant Manager when performance issues arise on any shift supervised.-Ensure staff are properly executing current promotions.-Directs efficient and accurate preparation and sale of products to maximize customer satisfaction.
