- Led the annual audits for HK-listed company Goodbaby International Holdings Limited (over 10,000 billed hours), and supervised EY client service teams from Mainland China, Hong Kong, US, Denmark and Germany – We received “Best Quality Project in China” award in 2018 EY Global Aggregated Quality Reviews- Addressed complicated financial issues such as employee share option schemes, business acquisitions and defined benefit plans; Liaised and collaborated with internal / external valuation experts, and evaluated their conclusions and deliverables- Reported audit results to engagement partners and clients’ audit committees, including audit opinions, key audit matters, significant accounting issues, audit / non-audit fees, and insights of issued but not yet effective accounting standards

- Executed the annual audits for HK-listed automotive dealers China Rundong (over 10,000 billed hours), coordinated 30 team members for inventory physical take in 70 sites, and evaluated the effectiveness of inventory management controls- Independently assessed impairment indication of fixed assets, goodwill, and other intangible assets for 4 underperforming dealer shops, using discounted cash flow model and excess earning method- Conducted pre-IPO financial due diligence for Goodbaby China in collaboration with Morgan Stanley, including interviews of client’s major distributors and suppliers, visits to top-performing shops / sale counters, and examination of commercial and tax filings; Issued reporting accountant comfort letters per Hong Kong Listing Rules, including 144A, Bring-down Letter and Reg S
