Sahara Labs - Tarfaya Hackerspace is an interdisciplinary collaborative set to create an accessible and open community space focused on sharing and hands on learning. Anyone from beginner to expert can come play and develop together with technology, art, design, and science in a positive experimental environment. At Sahara Labs, we support each other’s dreams and ideas. We work together to make, what might seem hard or too much work at first, possible. Everyone have those things that they love and really want to do, but not always find the people to share their interests with, and sometimes they stop doing the things they love. That’s what Sahara Labs is for, people come to Sahara Labs to meet members eager to do and learn the things they’re interested in. Sahara Labs members are from all ages and educational backgrounds.Sahara Labs provides hacking tools such as 3d printer, Arduino, Raspberry Pi, electronics, and other awesome tools. Also more things are constantly being added for people to use and make awesome stuff.Sahara Labs is for everyone and everyone is invited to all of our events and meetings. Anyone can become a member of Sahara Labs and start making their own workshops, use our tools or do whatever they want to do. Kids Hack Day is a 1-day event where children and adults come together to "hack" and make new uses of every day items. They will create, for example, instruments out of bananas, games out of cardboard and conductive ink, and tinker with gadgets and electronics. In a world that's changing at an exponential pace, never has cross-generational learning been as important as it is today. If we don't understand the technology that builds our world, how will we ever be able to feel engaged in it?

Startup weekends are 54-hour events where developers, designers, marketers, product mangers and startup enthusiasts come together to share ideas, form teams, build products, and launch startups!
