To promote mental, physical, and spiritual health and wellness utilizing by providing mental and physical health services for community clients and continuing education for clinical mental health and holistic health practitioners. Practices include, but are not limited to, Clinical Mental Health Counseling and Case Management, Chinese Medicine and Acupuncture, Energy Medicine, Vibration Therapy, Naturopathy, Herbalism, Indigenous and African Spiritual/Healing practices, Expressive and Creative Arts, and Nutrition. We train to work with various populations, especially underrepresented populations including LGBTQ+, Cognitive and Developmental Disability, Communities of Color, and Trauma Survivors. Continuing education hours are available for IL LPC, LCPC, LSW, LCSW who take these trainings

Provide supervision and guidance to resident children and adolescents with behavior and emotional disorders. Responsibilities include modeling and monitoring appropriate daily living skills and behavior; implementation of safety and health procedures; behavior and incident documentation; participation in treatment team meetings; engagement in appropriate therapeutic interventions as needed; planning activities; transporting residents; and other duties. Instruct youth with intellectual disabilities in learning independent living life skills that can help them to be successful living independently.

Help clients to set and work towards their goals for independent living and wellbeing. Help clients to coordinate their benefits. Assist clients with medical appointments. Speak with doctors and other professionals as an advocate and consultant regarding care. Oversee residential staff and provide constructive feedback and progressive discipline.

Assist the QIDP Supervisor to implement the day-to-day activities for each individual in the Developmental Training program. Work directly with 8 developmentally disabled adults assisting them with tasks from their individual treatment plans. Also restroom and lunch monitoring responsibilities.

Overnight Front Desk Agent duties include check in/out procedures, account set up, report printing, and customer service. Overnight DTS Agent receives all incoming call to the hotel and dispatch the calls to the proper extensions, receives and processes all incoming faxes, dispatch any service calls for all hotel departments, assist guests with directions and any other customer concerns, data entry, and assist at the front desk and other departments when necessary.

Received all incoming room service orders and complaints. Cash handling and tipping. Order expediting and tray clean up.

Received all incoming calls and dispatched to the proper extensions or took written messages. Processed payroll, invoicing and collection, and other general office duties.
