Manage Dry bulk system projects for Supply vessels from sales until commissioning.Main tasks:Oversee all aspects of the day to day management of design, transportation and installation projects, monitors and co-ordinates the work performed by Engineering, Planning, Finance & Control, Contracts, QESH, Operations and subcontractors. Ensuring that project execution is in compliance with the contract, contractual specifications and client requirements.Establishing that performance and delivery criteria are met, project meetings are held and project documentation is generated and maintained.Authorizing issuance of purchase orders and variation orders, approves (sub)contractors invoices for payment.Controlling the project budget throughout the projects duration and generate updates of the budget/cost control report in cooperation with the Manager of Projects Department, Financial Controller and Project Cost Controller.Represents Van Aalst in meetings with clients, (sub)contractors and other agencies or organizations.Preparing reports pertaining to operations including close out reports.Performing and leading commissionings on location.Handling of claims and specific after sales issues.
