• Responsible for cost, schedule and performance for a diverse portfolio of fourteen projects across a wide variety of disciplines to include Shape, Shield, Sense, Sustain, Incident Response and Consequence Management product areas ranging from AAP to ACAT III. • Worked with change management and transition teams to implement training and integrated legacy systems with new systems and processes.• Provided service level input during acquisition phases of material solution analysis, technology development, engineering and manufacturing development, production, operations and support of Joint CBRN Defense equipment.• Conducted multiple coordination efforts across the Services ranging from shelf life extension testing of common equipment, solidifying Joint requirements, and configuration management activities that ultimately lead to saving the Marine Corps 25 million dollars over five years.• Managed and ensured high readiness standards in the sustainment of critical infrastructure and war time operational CBRN equipment for the entire Marine Corps.• Directly responsible for the management of the entire Marine Corps acquisition contract team of 15 personel. Operated as the Logistics Regiments CBRN Chief as well as the Regimental Operations Chief which provides command and control, administration, communications, food services, financial services, landing support, terminal operations and security support to the 1st Marine Logistics Group (MLG). Coordinate and provide oversight to the daily operations of the Regiment that included training events, tasking events from higher headquarters, landing support events, Helicopter Support Team (HST) events, and Military Police operations.
