I am a partner in Foot Anstey’s Commercial team. I handle general commercial matters, advising on a diverse spectrum of commercial contracts across multiple sectors. I have a particular focus on franchising, agency, licensing, distribution, sponsorship, concession, supply of goods and services, outsourcing and hotel management arrangements, as well as joint ventures, shareholder arrangements, strategic alliances and other bespoke projects. I also specialise in handling 'separation' exercises in the context of corporate transactions, including drafting and negotiating transitional services arrangements.I worked at Travers Smith in the City for 12 years and at chambers practice Temple Bright for 10 years, before joining Foot Anstey in 2024.Outside of work, I enjoy playing golf, long-distance running and cooking.
