Specializing in strategy/solution design, business development, design thinking, research, and policy analysis in issues which include (digital) financial inclusion, microfinance and banking, social and economics development, G2P (social assistance) program digitization, behavioral economics, and women market strategy. Have undertaken wide-range types of projects with multiple stakeholders which include the government and private sector (Banks, MFIs, Fintech, e-wallet, Telco, and Cooperatives), supported by International donors and development agencies. Some of my recent works include account acquisition/activation strategies for savings, loans, remittances, and payment services, including agent banking and MSME empowerment, as well as policy advocacy to scale the impact of our work.
