My IFC accreditation has equipped me in guiding individuals as they navigate interpersonal relationships, dating, career direction, life at the workplace and, whatever might be holding someone back from reaching their goals. I specialize in working with teenagers and the gamut of inner-world and real-life stresses they are faced with. In our 45 min sessions, you will gain insight and strength, support, and encouragement. My passion is to help you get unstuck!
