At the heart of this multifaceted role is the after-school program. As the Hybrid Coach and Director of Sales, my primary responsibility is to create an enriching and engaging environment for these students.In the role of a coach, I become a mentor, motivator, and guide. I work closely with a dedicated team of educators and coaches to design a curriculum that blends academic support with extracurricular activities. This entails not only delivering lessons but also instilling discipline, teamwork, and problem-solving skills among the students. It's about fostering a sense of belonging and helping each child discover their unique strengths. On the flip side, my role as Director of Sales involves me donning a different hat entirely. Here, I step into the world of competitive sports, organizing and promoting flag football tournaments. It's not just about the game; it's about creating an unforgettable experience for participants and spectators alike.As the tournament director, I'm responsible for the logistics, from securing venues and referees to ensuring the safety of all participants. Simultaneously, I work on the business side, attracting sponsors, partners, and teams to participate. Selling the vision of our tournaments requires strong negotiation skills, creativity, and a deep understanding of the sport and its community.
