As CBDO and Co-Founder of Balansea, I lead business development, strategic partnerships, and fundraising efforts for our innovative investment trading platform. My role focuses on scaling the business and driving growth in a highly competitive market.

At Oliver Wyman, I developed and executed strategies for leading financial institutions across Southeast Asia. My work focused on market entry, operational efficiency, and digital product innovation, helping clients drive performance and maximize ROE. I led transformation projects that delivered impactful outcomes in fast-evolving markets, ensuring sustainable growth for financial services clients.

As an independent advisor I guided clients in strategy development, digital transformation, market entry. Additionally, I served as an Independent Board Director for two financial companies, offering governance and strategic insights at the highest level.

As Senior Vice President and direct report to the CEO, I led strategy and new business development for the entire financial group. My responsibilities included driving strategy with a core focus on the Retail and SME segments, spearheading digital transformation initiatives, and identifying new business opportunities. I also oversaw internal M&A from due diligence to deal structuring and negotiations, while leading the group’s innovation office. Additionally, I served as a Board Member for both the insurance company and pension fund within the group.

As Global Head of Retail Strategy for one of the largest financial groups in Russia and CIS, I was responsible for shaping strategy across banking, insurance, and pension businesses. My role involved developing and managing performance strategies, leading key strategic initiatives, and driving internal M&A activities. I also oversaw new business development, financial governance, and performance management across subsidiaries, including insurance and pension businesses, as well as international banking operations. Additionally, I delivered operational efficiency projects such as Finalta, ensuring streamlined operations and enhanced performance across the group.

I joined VTB as part of the in-house strategy team to develop and execute a wide range of strategic initiatives for the second-largest financial group in Russia and CIS, working alongside a team primarily composed of ex-McKinsey and Big4 consultants. Key projects included the full setup of a new insurance business and pension fund, the creation of a joint venture with one of Europe’s largest insurance companies, as well as strategy development, performance management, and driving operational efficiency projects.
