• Process payroll, reconcile bank accounts, distribute reimbursement checks, receipt tracking, collecting tenants rent, pay bills and organize any financial documents in Quick Books Software.
• Scan important company documents into data base name File Maker Pro. Once in the database, I file the hard original copy in a secure file cabinet.
• Other responsibilities include: all aspects of general office procedures; answering a multi-line telephone, taking and retrieving messages for staff members, assisting other staff as needed, also any other duties.
