• Assist in design on SolidWorks parts used in the manufacturing process (core, pattern, feeding system)• supervise the progress of the manufacturing process of the part (casting pattern design, sand casting molds, deburring, and Manufacturing)• Follow up on non-conforming parts.• Generate technical modifications to patterns• Estimating the cost of production on AS400• Handle litigation files (disputes, claims ...)

Replace Extrusion Blow Mold, Injection Blow Mold, and Injection Molds on the machine.Assist in preventive and corrective maintenance of the manufacturing process.Collaborate with experienced technicians to troubleshoot and repair equipment.Perform routine inspections and maintenance of equipment.Document all maintenance and repairs performed on the production line.

• Program, set up and operate SWISS TYPE HCS-25/32 CNC lathes with Post Processor for Syntec.• Assist in the design of tools, dies, jigs, and other accessories used in the stamping, drilling, and cutting of conveyor chain link plates.• Optimize machining processes.• Prepare cost material estimate and work execution schedules• Participate in the installation, repair and maintenance of machines and miscellaneous parts.
