As a F&C Project Manager, my role is to lead Nespresso Payment Solution. My main responsibilities include : Defining a customer-centric payment strategy aligned with strategic directions, Designing a technical roadmap to deliver the prealigned strategy, managing the Nestle IT Payment Solution team,Improving conversion rates and generate sales, optimizing performance by reducing costs, while minimizing payment fraud, and overseeing project execution for successful outcomes.

-Monitor the Consumer Payment Fraud prevention activities and define actions:Define & Monitor the Fraud loss KPIs ,Lead the implementation of new system for fraud prevention (AI, internal developments...),Follow up with Cyber Security Operations Center to ensure security against all kind of fraud attacks,Constant monitoring of each country's process, adapting our tools to their reality (payment solutions, way of ordering, delivery processes, partners...),Anticipate fraudsters by launching projects in advance,Ad hoc investigation for each new detected trend,Regular Committees cross functional to update management on the new Fraud environment-Evaluate processes and systems, as well as new developments, to identify relevant risks and required controls. Follow up on implementation by Functions.Review of the Demand Management process with IT Program ManagersChallenge all IT Project Requests with Compliance aspects, and attribution of a risk assessment-Assess/test the defined controls and compliance needs to identify potential gaps.Identification of a self assessment grid respective function can answer to, Analysis of the self assessment, tracking actions to cover identified gaps-Engage with Functions and Markets to lead continuous improvement of the IC environment.-Manage the Nespresso Internal Control community in all countries (training, communication, answering doubts, sharing best practices)
