I’m a Project Manager with end-to-end experience in the implementing and delivery of multimillion, large-scale ICT projects, ranging from IT application development to IT audits, system security and application performance testings, as well as hosting / cloud migrations and technology refreshes.As Project Manager for several outsourced IT application projects for the Ministry of Education (MOE), Ministry of Health (MOH) Singapore and Supreme Court of Singapore. Some of my career highlights include:► Leading and managing the Judiciary’s case management system used by the Judges, Judiciaries Officers and lawyers for the cases and hearing management in Singapore.► Leading the implementation of the Healthcare Claims Portal aimed at digitising and automating claims submission process used by 800+ private clinics and polyclinics.► Leading the implementation of posting and placement intranet and internet systems to all 190 primary schools across the country. ► Managing funding, procurement and contracting in multimillion-dollar projects for 6 systems hosting migration and tech refreshes, including 3 nation-wide critical systems. I bring clarity, direction and certainty to large-scale, mission-critical projects. I’m determined and resilient when it comes to resolving project roadblocks and am extremely user-focused. Being very familiar with Singapore government policies, standards and procurement processes, I am effective in pre-empting, mitigating and managing risks. The work of managing multimillion-dollar projects with complex dependencies and moving parts is challenging, but knowing that the systems I’ve implemented enable public services to be efficiently administered is immensely rewarding.
