Oversight, administration and management of Federal service contracts and subcontracts. Close communication and partnership with the Senior Director of Federal Global Services regarding contract compliance, contract deliverables, request for quote and/or proposal development including pricing strategies and contract terms and conditions for renewal contracts and new opportunities. Worked closely with Sales Team to provide proposals for new opportunities, negotiate contracts and ensure client issues were resolved in a timely manner. Problem solves contractual and system matters which arise in the normal course of business day-to-day operations. Built strong client relationships. Used Federal expertise and FAR knowledge for all contract types including Firm Fixed Price (FFP), Cost Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF), Time & Material (T&M), Cost Reimbursable (CR). Responded promptly to Global Service Team requests to address client needs and develop responses and resolutions. Developed and maintained complex budget, General Service Administration (GSA) and renewal reports.

Instrumental in start-up of the City of Sandy Springs. Cradle-to-grave RFP, ITB, RFQ creation, issuance and award. Developed contracts, led vendor negotiations, pre-bid and post-award meetings. Responsible for projects involving local, state and Federal funding. Ensured contract and vendor compliance with terms and conditions. Federal experience included FEMA, EPA, and transportation projects.
