I am responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing long- and short-term digital marketing campaigns. I plan and execute web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media, and digital display advertising campaigns. I identify trends and insights and optimize spending and performance based on those insights.

My primary responsibilities include conducting intake assessments, developing treatment plans in collaboration with my supervisor, providing individual therapy sessions under supervision, maintaining confidential client records, participating in case conferences, and staying updated with current research and best practices. I help facilitate therapeutic groups and attend weekly educational trainings to further my education around specific therapeutic techniques and approaches.

I help adoptive parents through the process of adopting a child from foster care. I prepare home studies, maintain case records, meet with adoptive families, communicate with case workers, facilitate the matching process, and conduct frequent in-home visits after children are matched. I attend various trainings throughout the year to continue my education around helping adoptive parents with the process.

I assist the adoption department, mentor program, and host home program. Adoption: Help collect information for home studies, attend trainings and meetings with prospective parents, and research improvements for adoption policy and procedure development. Mentor Program: Manage mentor program and facilitate mentor partnership between children seeking mentors and adult mentors. Conduct home visits and interviews of both potential mentors and mentees with their families. Match suitable youth and adults in a mentor relationship and organize the first meeting between the mentor and mentee with their family. Monthly check-ins with both the mentor and the mentee's family to ensure success and provide support when needed. Facilitate program and policy development with the program and advocate for policy changes to align with social work values. Host Home Program: Assist in policy development and meet with host home providers and youth experiencing homelessness who would like to enter the program. Facilitate matches between providers and youth, and provide ongoing case management for the youth to ensure their needs are being met.

I document the patient's visit as dictated by the physician in the clinic and assist the physician in oocyte removal procedures in the clinic.
