DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES- To Assist the Project Manager in complying to the requirements given and settled by our Internal client -Sales and Marketing Department- with regards to the overall look and Quality of the Projects to Deliver.- To Monitor Projects as per Company Standard Operations Format narrated as follow.- Attends Project Briefing Stage to align possible Design Outputs in terms of stability, modularity, workability and efficiency in relation to design and cost.- Align Initial Design Outputs as per issues of structural stability, component modularity, fabrication workability and Design and Costing efficiency.- Produce tabulated Project costing in relation to design approved by the External Client or propose an alternative design and fabrication option in cost restricted projects.- Champions the production of Technical drawings as per approved design.- Champions the presentation of technical drawings into the Internal Client as to how the project will be fabricated and implemented.- Creates a Daily Monitoring of Materials used versus ordered materials and strict monitoring of the Technical Drawing implementation and Assuring Quality as discussed upon Project Go Stage.- Champions Mock-up Stage as Presentation to Internal and External Client as per schedule set by the Management Committee.- Prepares Documents , Permits and Set-up Guide prior to Event Ingress.- Strictly Monitors compliance to Set-up Guidelines for reporting to Superiors and managing overall Quality and delivery of the Projects to External Client.- Monitors Project during event and elevate External Client’s concern to corresponding Department with regards to the Project.- Prepares Pull-out Plan to discuss on contractors and secure permits for event egress.- Secure delivery details to forward on Contractors for proper turnover of Project Modules and Components.- Produce Completion report for Project closing and Documentation Purposes.

CREATIVE DESIGNER- To take part in the Project Briefing Stage of a project- To personally handle a project from Project Brief to Project Presentation as a Creative Designer- Single handedly create a project concept to be presented on the whole Marketing and Production team.TECHNICAL DESIGNER- To take part in the Project Briefing Stage of a project- To personally handle a project from Design Review Stage, Costing Stage, Project approved Stage, Technical Stage, Project GO Stage, Fabrication Stage, Mock-Up Stage and Mobilization Stage- Monitor multiple and fast pacing projects in a short period of time.
