I jokingly tell people "I work on the internet for a living". I've had the pleasure of being a Digital + Social Media Strategist for over ten years. My primary experience has been Enterprise brand-side. I can wear many hats on the Digital Strategy team – from content creation, to community engagement, project management, and influencer marketing. I am an innovator, and easily jump in and pick up where someone may have left off. I was hired as a temp for one company, to help with a holiday campaign, and they ended up keeping me for three years! I was also brought on to cover maternity leave for a large retailer and converted to permanent. I have worked a combination of remote and in-house since 2010, so I'm well versed in all of the project management and team collaboration tools. Outside of work I also have two successful blogs, with over 30 contributing writers. With those outlets, I've been able to network with influencers and work with various brands on the content creator side. I volunteer my Digital Strategy skills to various non-profits, most recently with our Adoption agency. My profile shows most of my long term project.
