In this summer position as a program assistant for Camp Spalding, I oversaw and facilitated the training process of our summer staff--a group of 40 college students and young adults. I also managed the staff and upheld the camp schedule throughout the summer by creating schedules and job assignments for the staff. This position also allowed me to serve as a mentor to our staff. This position allowed me to support the Camp Spalding staff in their roles by listening to and providing for their needs, supporting them as counselors to their campers, resolving conflict and problem-solving on their behalf.

I had the privilege of working for Pinterest marketing strategist, Vanessa Kynes for a short time while living in Washington, DC. In this job, I prepared and finalized blog posts for publication by editing posts, uploading them to WordPress, formatting and optimizing content and images. I also took finals steps in contacting clients each week by proofreading, saving and scheduling weekly newsletters.
