Responsibilities• Review timely and accurate monthly profit and loss statements for the Commercial departments and Consumer departments.• Assist departmental managers with spend control, with review of key variances to budget• Produce timely, accurate and insightful analysis to help improve business performance• Departmental Budget/re-forecasts are completed by the required dates specified in budget planning with a high level of accuracy• Preparation of Yearly AFL financial reconciliation • Liaising with external auditors at year end• Overseeing the Assistant Accountant and their professional development• Preparation of Monthly board reports including cash flow • Reconciliation of Total Player Payments for Pre Season, Mid-Season and Year-end to ensure we are in line with the AFL Salary caps.

Responsibilities• Overseeing Finance team during month end and year end processing • Monthly Analysis of all areas of the club to ensure we are on track to meet year end forecasts• Preparation of Yearly AFL financial reconciliation submission along with mid-year P&L and Balance Sheet forecasting• Liaising with external auditors at year end• Managing all aspects of the Western Bulldogs Budgeting Process • Overseeing preparation of monthly BAS and yearly FBT return• Preparation of Monthly board reports including cash flow • Payroll for the AFL and VFL teams this also entails putting together reconciliation for Pre Season, Mid-Season and Year-end Total Player Payments to ensure we are in line with the AFL Salary caps.

Responsibilities• Control of accruals, prepayments, processing standing journals• Daily Bank Reconciliations for Australia and NZ stores • Active involvement in month end procedures • Monthly balance sheet reconciliations for Jeanswest Corporation & Wholesale • Assisting in the weekly and monthly management team reports • Monthly store reconciliations for Australia & New Zealand • Preparation of weekly payroll reports for Australian & New Zealand state managers• Preparation of monthly store targets for all stores across Australia & New Zealand• Assisting external auditors at year end• Monthly import register review • Preparation of 2012 cost centre and sales budgets• Preparation of monthly BAS and FBT monitoring • Preparation of Monthly board reports
