Leaderart Industries (M) SDN BND (Purchasing Executive)• Purchase direct or indirect materials as needed by factory and office which is delegated by superior, Purchasing Director/ Managing Director.• Issue purchase orders to suppliers/sub-con.• Ensure the adequacy of purchase requirements for sample and quotation prior to communication with supplier.• Ensure all purchased products delivery on time for production to use.• Forecast and monitor raw material stock level and update material usage and prepare pricing report for Purchasing Director / Managing Director.• Source for new supplier with lower cost and reliable suppliers for raw materials, indirect materials, machinery, mould parts and request quotation/ samples from suppliers.• Coordinate, monitor and follow up closely with all relevant parties on purchase issues.• Select and evaluate new and existing suppliers.• Maintain quality report for all the report, for example, purchase order, supplier performance analysis, review of new supplier.• Purchasing approval supplier list.• Request updated quotations.• Received sample for testing purpose, issue testing requisition form and update testing record to supplier.• Review purchase requisition formPersonal strength:• high enthusiastic and responsibility• Positive, optimistic and passion toward works• Willing to learn new things and seeking new challenges in work• Strong interpersonal and coordination skills• Synergy with colleagues• Proactive reacting to change and situation
