One of my greatest achievements in life is being able to stay committed and connected to things that truly bring me joy and passion. I put my heart and soul into everything I do and I always give 110%. Throughout the last 10 years, I have learned so much about the non-profit community and what it takes to strive towards a common goal and do it with the grit and tenacity.I am honored every day to coach and mentor a wonderful group of young women. We work on so much more than dance, through coaching I am able to teach time management, mental toughness, collaborative efforts and the importance of philanthropy and of course the importance of working in a team. I pride myself on being extremely organized, detail orientated and empathetic with a strong focus on continuous self improvement and education. I am a wonderful communicator and I love to work through a good problem in a team setting. I have a strong moral compass and I stand firm in equality and social justice.
