I am the Effective Speaking and Debating Coach with the 540 Goldenhawk Royal Canadian Air Cadets. I support the cadets in writing, preparing and delivering effective speeches arguments are regional, provincial and national competitions. I am also the Level 4 training officer, where I perform administrative duties and oversee 4 cadet instructors and 40+ cadets in their mandatory training. I have been involved with various cadet organizations since 2011.

I provided research and instructional support services for those in Science, Math, Engineering, and Medicine faculties at Western. I worked closely with staff, faculty, students, librarians and publishers to provide information literacy support, perform serials collections management, execute library marketing via in person workshops, support videos, and social media. I provided virtual and in person reference support, and was involved in several working groups and committees including the Video Tutorials working group, and the Teaching and Learning Standing Committee.
