I joined the MaddieBrit/Grab Green team as their first in-house designer/design supervisor. I'm happy to be part of a wonderful group of individuals who wear bright smiles and share an infectious, positive energy.I was hired as the Maddiebrit's first In-House Designer to build a department, oversee, maintain and implement brand standards across digital, packaging, display, wholesale and marketing platforms. I work side by side with the Marketing Manager to develop and implement e-commerce strategies that provide an enjoyable, on-point, at-ease experience for customers to ultimately increase our bottom line.I work with our President/Product Developer, CEO and Pproduct Manager to design investor presentations, product packaging, display (POS), e-commerce, sales and launch materials to bring new products to market.I'm actively charged with:-Designing new product collections from the ground up.-Grooming and educating in-house designers to ensure brand consistency, quality & personal growth.-Scouting freelance and social media talent.-Developing a comprehensive digital filing system for growing in-house design assets.-Being onsite for press checks: quality control and color consistency from one substrate to another.-Communicating and working parallel with vendors to ensure quality control/consistency of product graphics, tradeshow materials, digital designs, etc.-Developing a new look to re-skin our website to reflect a maturing brand.-Remaining flexible and good-natured as priorities change.

As a freelancer with Flux Branding I had opportunities to collaborate with my fellow designers, project managers and the Chief Creative Strategist to practice and enhance my skills, particularly in the areas of client relations, project presentation, process evolution and brand development. As a freelancer, I had to adapt quickly to the company’s design processes, file configuration and naming conventions. I Immersed myself in multiple project profiles—business and brand—to ensure deadlines were met without a hiccup.My role as designer required I participate in client meetings; compose & translate verbal content into brand strategies and establish a voice that speaks to the brand’s audience.I collaborated with the client, project coordinator, copywriters, etc. to develop brand, sales and marketing materials for an array of clients who specialize in interior design, real-estate, automotive and culinary endeavors.

As a key member of the Design Helm team, I work closely with clients to create brand experiences that are meaning-rich, authentically positioned, and visually magnetic. I have a hand, and take charge in both the creative and business aspects of operating a boutique design studio; from brand development to vendor coordination; from illustration to invoicing—I have a firm grasp of how to work with my teammates for the success of a project that results in a happy client!

Act as second photographer, assist in styling photo shoots, digitally edit photos, assist with equipment, edit & assemble client albums.
