Prior to joining the agency world, Elyse managed a statewide campaign in Texas for the Houston/Galveston region. In that role, she successfully executed the comprehensive field strategy, mobilizing support from elected officials, community leaders and associations, hosting campaign events, and managing the region’s social media outreach.Elyse began her career on Capitol Hill, working for two members from southern California. As a legislative assistant, she implemented policy initiatives and legislative strategy relating to financial services, energy, education and trade. Elyse has a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science and Business Marketing from the University of Southern California. Based in Austin, Elyse likes to spend free time experimenting with new recipes and hosting dinner parties with her husband, Matt and four kiddos. She is an avid marathon runner and keeping up with her four young kids.
