Elyse joined Moreton & Company in April 2018. She began her career in Human Resources in 2010 and moved into Employee Benefits in 2012. Prior to joining the Moreton & Company team, Elyse worked as an Account Coordinator for 2 years and as a Benefits Administrator for 5 years.Elyse has worked in Human Resources in both the Oil & Gas and Retail industries, and her experience includes benefit plan management, evaluating plan designs, pricing, budget projections, wellness strategy, and IRS reporting. She has also helped employers analyze the financial impact of Health Care Reform to their organization. Her background in Human Resources gives her a unique perspective with clients and helps her in developing creative solutions. In her role as Account Manager Elyse’s primary focus is on renewals, proposals, benefit communications, contract reviews, implementation, and open enrollment. Elyse’s strong analytical skills and commitment to excellent customer service make her a trusted advisor to both clients and her Moreton team.Elyse is a graduate of Texas A&M University with a Bachelor of Science in Human Resource Development, a Bachelor of Science in Technology Management and a minor in Business Administration. She is a licensed Health Insurance Agent, holds the Society of Human Resources’ SHRM-CP designation, and is a NAHU Registered Employee Benefits Consultant.
