I am a partner in Arnold Bloch Leibler's litigation & dispute resolution group. I have acted for public and private companies and high-net-worth individuals in matters in the Supreme, Federal and appellate Courts. My experience includes acting in a broad range of matters, including: • general commercial litigation, principally in the Supreme, Federal and appellate courts, as well as alternative dispute resolution;• contract and trust disputes;• corporate governance, including board and shareholder, directors' duties and ASIC investigations;• competition and consumer law and intellectual property, including passing off, trade mark infringement and misleading and deceptive conduct.Prior to joining Arnold Bloch Leibler, I graduated from The University of Melbourne with a Bachelor of Commerce, majoring in marketing, and a Bachelor of Laws with first class honours. I joined Arnold Bloch Leibler as a graduate lawyer in March 2010 and was admitted to practice in October 2010. I was appointed as a partner in 2019.
