-Oversee all day-to-day operations of Campus Housing at Dominican University, comprising approximately 550 student beds.-Supervise one professional Assistant Director of Residence Life, one professional live-in Residence Life Coordinator; indirectly supervise four Graduate Assistant Housing Directors, and 17 paraprofessional Resident Assistants.-Oversee eRezlife Software Implementation, partnering with staff from Office of Information Technology and software vendor for full implementation within three months.-Adjudicate Student Conduct concerns and consult with Residence Life Coordinator, Assistant Director of Residence Life and Graduate Assistants in their conduct adjudication.-Oversee all aspects of housing operations, including housing assignments, break housing, emergency housing needs, and coordinate with the DU Feeds Food Pantry for students who additionally face food insecurity.-High-level oversight of Resident Assistant and Graduate Assistant Training and staff development using trauma-informed and restorative justice practices and focusing on preventing and responding to staff burnout.-Provide data-driven solutions to increase retention and occupancy within residential population.

-Provide evidence-based interventions for caseload of 25 child and adolescent clients in individual therapy.-Formulate diagnostic assessment utilizing DSM-V format, Columbia scales, Ohio scales, and Illinois Medicaid Comprehensive Assessment of Needs and Strengths (IM+CANS) instrument.-Work with client, client’s family, CPS schools and treatment team to develop an ongoing treatment plan and goals for client and family.-Develop and lead therapy groups for adolescent as well as adult outpatient clients.-Maintain clinical records to ensure proper client billing as required by Illinois Medicaid requirements.

Residence Hall Director for North Campus at Lake Forest College. Special focus with collateral assignments in student conduct and staff selection. Oversaw Day-to-Day operations of three residence halls, including two Living and Learning Communities. Advised Latinos Unidos and mentored the empowerment groups For Latinas By Latinas and The Rainbow Network. Served on the campus-wide Coalition Against Sexual Misconduct.

Assisted in the planning and executing of a graduate program capstone event for 120 graduate students in the Counseling and Special Education Department within the School of Education. Collaborated with committee members in the process of: event marketing, posting procedures, educating on and development of student learning outcomes that included a networking component, career development and gaining a paraprofessional experience to be applied to future national conference presentations. Provided support as students prepared for conference and encourage them to continue to persevere with challenging task despite feelings of anxiety. Led assessment subcommittee to construct an assessment tool used to survey our graduate student presenters, which measured their learning experiences as related to their involvement in this final graduate capstone program.
