For over fifteen years, I have worked to build thriving companies and teams. I have spent my career nurturing organisations, their culture and the people within them. I have a reputation for scaling businesses, mentoring teams and enabling big ideas to be delivered rapidly with a high degree of quality and creativity. I am the co-founder of Meeum, a business built to empower businesses, arts organisations, and communities in all things digital and organisational culture. Prior to Meeum, I founded and exited culture and behaviour change consultancy Interchange and played a leading role in growing user and customer experience consultancy Symplicit to later be acquired for over $14M.I’m an ardent advocate for the inclusion of women in leadership and tech roles and committed to my responsibility to drive for more diversity in the business world. I volunteer my time and expertise as a non-executive for not-for-profit’s, including within the animal rescue and disability sectors. I work with purpose-led organisations and individuals. I am a current Master’s candidate in Psychotherapy and Counselling.
