I created procedure manuals for department employees and interns specific to Finance department tasks, provided customer service and administrative assistance for walk-ins and scheduled appointments, and handled downtown business licenses, incoming permit applications, and payments.

My main responsibility was to keep the scorebook updated on plays, player lineups, and changes. I also gathered statistics of players and teams in the league for the broadcasting announcers. On my own accord, I analyzed player statistics and designed and created baseball cards for each player on the team.

As an intern, I met with many local government employees to discuss their positions and responsibilities. I was particularly involved with graphic design, creating business cards and promotional flyers for the internship program.

In this position, I assisted patrons with directions and questions, thoroughly cleaned theaters in a timely manner between show times, prepared food and snacks upon patron requests, handled concession transactions, and promoted special offers.

I taught kids ages 10-13 how to babysit toddlers and care for infants, created games and crafts that campers can use with the kids they babysit, and built campers' confidence in using first-aid and CPR in emergency situations.

I helped kids of all ages to be comfortable in the pool, taught multiple levels of skills leading to independent swimming, used creative games and tactics to keep kids entertained and focused, and communicated with other instructors on effective approaches to teaching.
